Equipment does not equal a great photographer, you may want to consider what kind of equipment they use. You do not want your photographer showing up with a Kodak disposable camera and expect good quality? They should use tools to make your pictures look amazing and help your pictures look the best they can. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, any good photographer would expect you too.
